AGFSP-Update: plus 5 years

Description

An AGFSP qualification obtained for the first time is valid for 5 years. To obtain an extension of the qualification for a further 5 years, the following steps are required:
Price: 390€

• You apply for the extension using the application form and send us proof of your activities in the functional safety environment in connection with the application of ISO 25119. This includes projects, as well as further training measures, attending conferences and writing technical articles. It should be clear from this letter that you have worked more than 1500 hours in the field of functional safety in the last 3 years and have undergone continuous further training.
• You can take part in the AGFSP update examination at the earliest six months before the AGFSP certificate expires or six months after the AGFSP certificate expires.
• After your application, which is also your order for us, has been checked, you will receive an access code to take part in an online multiple choice test. You have 30 minutes to complete the test and can repeat it once within 24 hours if you fail the first time.
• Once you have successfully passed the test, we will send you a new AGFSP certificate by post, which is valid for 5 years.

The certificate is extended for five years from the original validity date.
