The more complex the technology, the more functional safety experts are needed in the industrial sector. But the question arises: Who is an expert in functional safety?
IEC 61508 and the corresponding application standards do not provide an answer to this question. On the one hand, they require that only experts assess or manage functional safety; on the other hand, they do not specify the conditions under which someone may be considered an expert.
As an accredited service provider, SGS-TÜV Saar now offers you the opportunity to provide people with the specialist knowledge for functional safety and thus qualify them.
We qualify you or your employees to work with functional safety. To this end, we have developed a training program that covers the individual modules A2 to A5 in one week. The course concludes with the IFSP examination.
