CICSP-Update: plus 5 Jahre

A CICSP qualification obtained for the first time is valid for 5 years. To obtain an extension of the qualification for a further 5 years, the following steps are required:

• You apply for the extension using the application form and send us proof of your activities in the cyber security environment in connection with the application of IEC 62443-4-1/-4-2. This includes projects, as well as further training measures, attending conferences and writing technical articles. It should be clear from this letter that you have been working in the field of cyber security for the last 3 years and have undergone continuous further training.
• You can take the CICSP update exam at the earliest six months before the CICSP certificate expires or six months after the CICSP certificate expires.
• Once your application, which is also your order for us, has been checked, you will receive an access code to take part in an online multiple choice test. You have 60 minutes to complete the test and can repeat it once within 24 hours if you fail the first time.
• After successfully passing the test, you will receive a new CICSP certificate from us by post, which is valid for another 5 years.
